What CoreTer is

A United States minerals company that buys ground able to produce, and takes the ore to market itself.

CoreTer is a privately held United States minerals company with a Nevada mining district and a processing site in development. We acquire base- and precious-metal projects that already carry a production history and standing infrastructure — then take the ore to market ourselves: first as direct-shipping ore under contract, and then as our own milled concentrate.

We mine, crush and ship ore under our own permits. As processing capacity comes online, we intend to concentrate that ore ourselves before it leaves the state, keeping the margin a direct-ship buyer would otherwise take.

Our projects sit in Nevada, with offices in the state. Ore routes to a California deepwater port over infrastructure already in commercial use.

"How much of a ton's value can we keep before it leaves our hands?"
The question the business is built around

We buy ground that can already do the work.

Our filter is narrow on purpose. That combination puts capital into rehabilitation and throughput rather than construction and discovery.

What we then build. Our own grade basis through sampling and assay. Mill rehabilitation and commissioning. Underground access for year-round, higher-grade production. And central processing capacity serving more than one district.
