An 80-acre processing site adjacent to Tonopah Airport, approved at city and county level, with the proposed ground lease under federal review.
Coordination efforts are in progress for construction of a mill and processing facility adjacent to Tonopah Airport. Tonopah City Council and Nye County have both approved the project.
Nye County is coordinating the proposed 80-acre ground lease with the Federal Aviation Administration for review and approval. Facility design is substantially complete, and Airport Layout Plan revisions are in work.
The site is intended to house milling capacity with ore trans-load and blending on site. Screening capacity runs well beyond CoreTer's own requirement, which is what makes toll milling a business in its own right rather than a spare-capacity story.
